Highly recommend extra space storage in Stone Ridge! This place has on site management who are always available and so helpful (unlike other places I’ve been). Daniel specifically has helped me multiple times. Can’t recommend enough!

I just moved my stuff into my storage unit Sunday. So far, everything is good. I just met Daniel today and he was very nice and friendly. He was willing to do whatever I needed him to do, to make me happy. He also was very patient with me, while I was trying to get my information for him. I only gave a 4 because I just moved my things into storage. I think I’m going to be happy with Daniel at Extra Storage.

The Storage unit is Great. BUT EVER SINCE THEY HIRED THIS NEW YOUNG MANAGER WITH HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE SKILLS. INCREASINGLY UNIT PRICE ADJUSTMENTS EVERY 4 MONTHS. BEEN WITH THEM FOR OVER 10YEARS. RATE CHANGE MORE WITH THIS NEW MANAGER IN 1 YEAR THAN THE WHOLE TIME I BEEN WITH THEM. WILL TAKE MY BUSINESS ELSEWHERE. WARNING TO OTHERS! THEY NEED TO GET RID OF THAT NEW BAD SEED. BEFORE THE PLACE GO DOWN THE DRAIN.
