My experience has been wonderful so far. Everything was fast and remotely to get my storage. My bill is emailed to me which I love and i am under the auto-pay which is paid every month. I love the fenced in and lighting of the storage area. If I have any questions or problems you can reach them with no problem which I love as well. They keep you up to date on any changes or upgrade through email or text.

If I could give zero stars I would. Our unit, along with roughly 7 others were broken into. We had around $2k worth of stuff stolen. When we contacted the company we were told it’s an isolated event and there isn’t anything they can do to help. Would NOT recommend. It seems like it gets broken into often given how many units full of peoples’ stuff were just sitting wide open. Do NOT waste your money here. This mainly refers to the one in Valdosta, I can’t speak on the other locations.
