HORRIBLE RENTAL STORAGE!!! MY DAUGHTERS DORM ITEMS DIDN'T LAST A WEEK BEFORE SOMEONE BROKE INTO HER UNIT AND STOLE EVERYTHING!!! THE STORAGE COMPANY ALLOWED HER TO MOVE IN WITHOUT INSURANCE. I THINK IT WAS AN INSIDE JOB! THEY MUST'VE WATCHED HER MOVE IN AND PREYED ON A YOUNG COLLEGE STUDENT. THIS IS THE WORST RENTAL STORAGE I HAVE EVER DEALT WITH. THEY HAVE SECURITY, BUT NOBODY KNOWS WHAT HAPPENED TO MY DAUGHTERS THINGS! THEY NEED TO BE INVESTIGATED!!!

Worst storage rental ever. Rented at this location & it was a terrible mistake. My neatly packed unit got BROKEN INTO, tossed, and I had items STOLEN. And I got NO refund. Pictured is the lock that they sold me, a lock they told me was almost impossible to break. Looks pretty broken & my stuff is nowhere to be seen. TL;DR do not rent from SROA, and take your time to read waivers.

Horrible. Best word to describe it. My storage unit was forced open and they went through all my stuff, luckily for me and unlucky for the robbers there was nothing of much value in it. Don’t put your stuff here, terrible security, bad neighborhood.

I deal with Amanda when I need questions answered or needing to communicate with the storage place. Amanda has always been informative and well knowledged with anything I bring to her doorstep. I don't feel like just a client. Everytime I go to pay my bill, she makes you feel as if you are a longtime friend or family. Ever since they took over I see major improvement with the property and being on top of things. I love her and her professional friendly attitude. I would recommend this place hands down. I also want to thank Ms. Nancy. She has been a great help as well. They have each other's back when one can't attend to you 100% the other one will. Great team work. Keep up the good work ladies!
