Easiest rental experience EVER! I did everything online and was able to check in after hours using remote access! Absolutely perfect. They even included a brand new lock for the unit, which was waiting for me inside the unit upon arrival. They took the time to cut the plastic packaging for the lock to make it easy to open up and grab your lock. They thought of everything to make it a smooth and simple process.

I had a great experience with this self-storage facility from start to finish. The property is clean, well-maintained, and secure, which immediately gave me peace of mind. The units are easy to access, climate-controlled, and exactly as advertised. The managers were super helpful!

My experience was great. Everything worked out good until I got to the very end and closed the door and there was a black widow in the bottom left corner of the unit. I would like to have someone check the unit if possible for black widows thank you.

I made an appointment with Kevin onsite. We looked at two units. The first was a 5x5. I quickly knew this was too small. We looked at a second unit that was 5x10 on the 3rd floor. I said, "sold"! We went down to the office to wrap things up but the system wasn't working correctly. We decided to send a link directly to my email because the text prompt would not generate. Fast forward. I start moving in on Saturday Jan 27th, go down to the office to verify my identity with Chris. He said I was already checked in. Sunday was a full on snow storm. There were no safety mats between the exterior door and elevator. Safety 101. There were 5 of us total that were at risk of a slip and fall. Here is the kicker! I get an urgent voicemail on Monday the 29th from the store manager Brian indicating that I must call back asap. When we spoke, he immediately said, "you need to move your things out of the unit that it's in because it's the wrong unit. The unit has been double locked. You must come onsite in person to sign a new lease and forfeit your first month free". I replied, " I do not have the resources to execute on another move"All. All of my support live miles away and were brave and loyal to me to help me on a STORMY DAY. It never got into the double digits that day. This was an internal mistake! Not mine. Very poor customer service! No sorry for the confusion. Guess what? I have an interview and nothing to wear because it's in a double locked unit.

Very nice and clean and Dave is very nice and helpful
