Great location and an overall excellent experience. The staff was incredibly friendly, professional, and very accommodating. They were extremely helpful when it came to setting up the account and showing me how to navigate the space. The whole process was smooth and easy thanks to their support. Highly recommend this location.

Had an incredible experience with this location! - all the staff here are so wonderful and friendly. The woman who helped me (Tracy, I believe) has just been the most helpful - she helped me get my car moved in and stored last minute with complications and had tons of patience throughout multiple calls trying to get the car parked last minute. I came to pick it up after 4 months, and everything was in great condition - Tracy even recognized me and offered to help me jump start the car, and was attentive to make sure damage had not occurred during the time my car was there (which it of course had not!). On top of that, all of the staff I met are just the most friendly people - could not be a better place to store your stuff! 10/5 stars

The staff at Extra Space Storage on Curtner Avenue in Campbell have been very helpful and professional. Tracy, in particular, is highly competent and her command of the facility shows—yet she maintains a friendly and helpful approach to the customer, a delicate balance to achieve. Leilani has been awesome as well. I have stored my furniture here for just under 15 months, have had no issues, and the place is kept very clean. While I’m happy that I am moving my furniture out today because I have finally found a home for it and it will be better for me financially, it is definitely not due to any shortcomings on behalf of the staff or the facility itself. Thank you, Extra Space team! It has been an absolute pleasure.

Danielle and Tracy were outstanding. Both were professional, knowledgeable, and extremely helpful throughout the entire process. Tracy did a great job coordinating and making sure everything was handled smoothly, and Danielle was efficient, responsive, and easy to work with. You can tell they care about customers and take pride in their work. Great experience overall at Extra Space Storage—highly recommended.

I've been having my storage here for about a year and I wouldn't have it anywhere else. They are so accommodating, friendly, and helpful. This place is always clean and every time I come here I always see someone sweeping and or mopping and making sure everything is sparkling clean. I have to especially recognize Danielle for always having a smile on her face and the best energy that you could possibly ask for.
