The place is very clean. The work is a very nice respectful, very sweet and a special shout out to MJ the manager there who was most helpful most understanding and worked with you. She really cares about the customers and meeting her. It felt more like seeing old friend that I hadn’t seen in a long time she made you feel right at home. I would very much recommend this specific Extra Space Storage because of. MJ. I wanna say happy new year to you MJ and yes I’m getting everything worked out everything together and thank you so much for all your help. I appreciate it and you will see me again. MJ is an outstanding manager with a warm, welcoming personality and a genuine desire to help. She is extremely knowledgeable about Extra Space standards and operations. Her professionalism, patience, and attention to detail made my experience smooth, stress-free, and truly exceptional. I highly recommend her.

MJ is the friendliest, most capable person I have met in a very long time. She works with her customers to insure that they are satisfied with their units, and goes over and above to gain their trust and friendship as well. She is a true gem and Extra Space is extremely lucky to have her. The units are clean, bathrooms and elevators are spotless and the prices are fair. You can’t go wrong renting at this location!

I have been a customer at Extra Space Storage for many years. I have had units at different Extra Space properties and this property is by far the best!! MJ is AMAZING! She is always going out of her way to provide a clean, secure facility and does everything she can to make you want to stay. I have been at this property since 2024. Since then, I have only had one issue. Rate increases. I understand that rates will increase over time, but I don’t like the increase. Who would? Each time MJ has gone above and beyond to make sure that rate increase isn’t absurd. She does whatever she can to help her customers. Thank you MJ, keep up the good work!!

It's a nice storage and they had very good deal when I got, but they raise the price every 5 months and they didn't tell me in the beginning and I don't like it. The second time they raise too much and it didn't make sense, I called them and the lady who is in the office and her name is "MJ" , accept that wasn't make sense and tried to help me. She talked to her boss and she could reduce some for me which I appreciate her. Also she was always nice whenever my husband and I went to the storage.
