Prefer someone at the counter who can provide rental assistance.
Website doesn't match the quote given to me over the phone. I had to have a manager approve a price that still doesn't match the quote or the price on the website. This is definitely an issue and causes a lot of misunderstanding. When you call a company and receive a conformation number on price, it should be honored. Why I had to pay extra is not good business. I hope they can fix this way of taking reservations.

It was good and spacious.
Everything went smoothly and the unit was pretty nice. Our light doesnﾃ｢竄ｬ邃｢t work but other than that it was pretty good. Good sized for first time use and good pricing even for broke college kids.
