Great experience so far. Knowledgeable staff, clean unit, looks like a safe place for my goods.

This might be the best storage facility in GJ. Competitive pricing, easy location, clean, responsive. Morgan in the office was great, made the process a breeze. I had a unit for about 8 months, would use again.

Got my mom's stuff out of her unit and cleaned it. Went to office at like 2.30 pr so, sign on door said will be back at 8.30. I assume the next day. Called same day and nobody answered, left voicemail. Called next day again no answer left voicemail and still a few days later no response. I called 3 times today and same thing nobody answered and says they either on a line or out of office. I tried the website and even with live chat to find out nobody is available still. But my info will be sent to them to call back. All I wanted to do was let yall k ow my disabled mother is out and the unit was all clean, and I wasn't sure who the lock belonged too. At this time I am still waiting for a return call. The door states the hours of operation but on several occasions nobody was in office or even on the property.

Always friendly and easy to work with. Very clean and secure facility, highly recommend!

I couldn't recommend this facility enough. We got in on a promotional deal and stayed due to the excellent facility, ease of access, and ability to have payments be automatic. The air controlled unit inside kept all our belongings safe while we were between homes. Warren is an excellent communicator and after having other experiences in town, was refreshing to deal with.
