The customer service is the best I have ever had with a storage unit company. Jen is an amazing person and I am very thankful to be renting from SROA. I am a very happy customer. Thank you for making my experience great

This place is great, the prices are affordable and it is centrally located between Whitefish and Columbia Falls, the best part is they actually have on sight manager to answer all of your questions, pay your bill, buy locks from which is incredibly convenient. Jennifer the on sight manager is very helpful and always ready to answer any questions. Thanks Jennifer for all your help.

Jen, the manager at the Columbua Falls Storage Rentals of America location was so great to work with! She answered all my questions and made renting a storage unit quick and easy. The location is great, clean and secure. If you need storage, go visit Jen in the office - she'll take care of you!

Jen was great at getting me all set up with a heated unit for all my business supplies. Every time I go in there she’s very pleasant, patient and knowledgeable. I like this storage place because they have an office with someone who can assist me in person. Decently priced as well. I also like the security they have on site, I feel like my things are secure.

The good. Newer facility, well taken care off, very clean. The bad. Pricing. Had a 10 x 20 here. Got an introductory rate for 3 months. The normal rate was $105 I think (plus or minus $5 from that). Before my introductory was even up, I got a notice that the rate was going from $105 to $140 a month. I called to voice my displeasure and was told that they would give me a better rate. I asked if this was going to last 1 month or for a while and was told it would be a while (but no definitive timeline to be fair). It was a rate of $129 for a single month. About 5 months later, I get a notice that the rate is going from $140 to $196 a month. I moved out. In the span of about 10 months, the rate went 105-140-196. Those are ridiculous increases and far far above everyone else. I read someone else had experienced those same types of rate increases in the ratings here. Makes me suspect that they are depending on people to be too lazy/busy/away/unable to move when faced with rate increases and they just stay put and pay more. On top of that, I have some storage shelves. In this facility, I had 2 end to end on a wall and had about a foot and a half from the end of the shelf to the door. In my new 10x20, I have about 5 to 6 feet at the end of those same 2 shelves. I never measured the old shed, but I did measure the new shed because the size difference seemed so much. My new storage is 20 feet from the back to the edge of the cement slab that is outside of the door. I think that the shed I had at SRoA was about a 10x16 and not a 10x20, but I was being charged for a 10x20.
