Joe has been such a delight to work with! Moving is the absolute worst, especially if you have a temporary gap/waiting period of uncertainty but Storage Mart was the solution to all of our problems. They were extremely friendly, informative, and available for any questions. The unit was extremely clean, free of odor or unwelcomed pests and at a convenient location. We stored our items long term and everything is in the same exact condition as we left it. I am so happy we chose them and I would highly recommend you entrust them with your belongings!

So far so good. Extremely Easy To Rent Online at the CREEK WOOD LOCATION (Columbia MO)followed by ph calls from the daily on site mgr (Ms Joelle) to check in w/me, making sure I had all details+ zero questions. SO MUCH BETTER than the exp. I've had w/other storage marts in same town. Got a AWESOME deal on 1st 3 months- will review again after that. Have had bad experience in past w/ monthly rent being jacked WAY UP after promo.

Joell was amazing helping us through the experience to get into the unit and get squared away. Definitely will book with this storage again in the future!

Move Out Update: Moved my daughter and her roommate out of their storage unit at the end of the summer. I will for sure be using StorageMart again. Joell is the best. She personally called me to let me know she received my move out email and then again when my account was credited. I Can't tell you the last time I have experienced this level of customer service. Thank you StorageMart!! I had a great experience booking this unit for my daughter from Texas. All my questions were answered and Joell in the office was very helpful!!! They were able to prorate the month, and gave clear instructions on how and when to access unit. Units are very reasonable for what we needed. I will update review after my daughter moves her stuff in.

I have used this storagemart multiple times through my time here at the university. These locations have amazing deals that make it an affordable experience. Joell has helped me open my most recent locker rental. They have made it an easier process through good communication. I will continue to use this location in the future because the staff is so helpful and understanding.
