It's a good facility, but since they took over last July they have not contacted their existing customers about their new rates. So alot of people are paying double then what they are giving their new customers. Once you sign the contract since they took over ownership, you are a new customer. Just found out today. Definitely anyone that has their items stored here should complain. That's just wrong. I've been paying double since last July.
