I would give this location ten stars if I could! Tiffani was so kind and her customer service is amazing! I had so many questions and she was so patient and was such a joy. The security is great and my unit was spotless with my welcome bag in it. Climate controlled area is super clean also! CubeSmart will be the only storage company I use from now on. Excellent customer service goes a long way with me! 10/10 Would definitely recommend! 🙂

Facts: building G has rats and they have been unsuccessful in getting rid of them. I was offered the opportunity to move, but at a 38% percent rent increase, as that is their policy, even though I rented from them for many years. My call to their customer service person, Ruben, was not returned for 3 weeks. It took the site manager asking him to reach out to me for it to happen, today, on the day we moved out. Several weeks ago we cleanned up the mess caused by the rodents and my husband may have caught a virus from the rats. He's been very sick since we cleaned the unit. It's been a hell. They know about the rats and they have not sent out an email warning renters. We weren't the source of the problem, only the victim of bad policy and customer service from their cooperation.

I purchased a storage unit today that was advertised as a lien unit, but when I arrived, it was clear that was not the case. The unit appeared to have been flooded. There was dirt and sand throughout the floor, and when I started removing items, I noticed everything was wet. There was a visible water line about 14 inches up the walls. When I asked the facility employee about it, she initially claimed she didn’t know what happened. After I pressed further, she admitted that the entire building had flooded back in July. None of this was disclosed before I placed my bid. I told her this was misleading and asked for a refund. She refused and gave me the district manager’s number, but despite multiple calls, I’ve received no response. Buyers should be aware that this facility floods and management does not disclose prior damage. The staff was dishonest and misleading about the condition of the units. This was not a legitimate lien unit, but rather one that had been paid off through insurance after flood damage. The lack of transparency and unresponsiveness from management is unacceptable.
