He was professional, responsive, and clear in explaining the process, which made everything straightforward and stress-free. Chris delivered exactly what was promised and maintained a high standard of quality throughout. Timelines were respected, communication was consistent, and any questions I had were addressed promptly and thoroughly. So far, So good 🤞 Jessica was very professional and down to earth, understanding of my situation. Knowledgeable so she was able to assist me with all of my questions and concerns. Unit is clean, property is kept up and they have monthly pest control. So far I'd recommend. I will update if anything changes.

I’ve had a great experience with this storage facility. The units are clean, easy to access, and well taken care of, but the real reason I’m leaving this review is Chrissy. She is absolutely fantastic. Every time I’ve spoken with her, she’s been kind, patient, and incredibly helpful. You can tell she works hard and truly cares about the people who come in. It’s rare to find customer service this good anymore, and Chrissy makes the whole place feel welcoming and well-run. Highly recommend!

I have and are continuing to enjoy being a client with Midgard Storage. Since coming over from the previous ownership the staff and customer service has been great. I would like to personally thank Amber for her immediate response to my issue, as I was under the pretext that my problem would take awhile, but it did not. THANKS

He listens carefully, communicates clearly, and approaches every issue with a problem-solver's mindset. Steven is the only person who was able to fully resolve the challenges we were facing, and he did so with patience and expertise.
