Excellent customer service great people to do business with wonderful location high security best in town I do believe at security levels. All around I couldn't be in no more please with the phone call I made that day to order the unit that I did.

I would recommend this place to anyone needing a storage unit!! Although they deal with virtually or by phone only they are very easy to deal with. The facilities are kept clean at all times and there is 24hr access.

You guys are great. Wish you would not raise your price up so high. Can understand a ten to twenty dollars increase. I started rent at $65.00 and in just four years it's over 120.00 now. Being a senior money is tight. Our cost of living is only about $20 to $30 if we are lucky. Still like your place. Always. Clean and friendly

I would’ve given it 5-stars if not for the fact I was asked to pay an extra $30 processing fee to rent a SECOND storage spot. I informed the agent that I already had a rented spot and just needed a second rental, but then asking a customer to fork over ANOTHER $30 to do what?! To process documents you already charged me $30 a year ago to process…?! That’s crazy, StorMark. I cannot recommend this company based on that issue alone.
