I rented a storage unit from Storage First. Miss Berkeley handled everything so professionally, explained everything so I understood, I have a hearing issue and she was so patient and kind. I was really impressed with how clean and neat the units and parking areas are. Miss Berkeley made sure I was able to open the gate, my code worked, and took me to my unit. A very positive experience. I so appreciated it.

Mason Fugett is hands down one of the best storage unit managers I’ve ever worked with. From the moment I arrived, he was welcoming, professional, and incredibly helpful. Mason keeps the facility clean, secure, and well-organized, and he goes above and beyond to make sure every customer feels taken care of. He answered all my questions with patience, walked me through the rental process, and made everything simple and stress-free. It’s clear that he takes pride in his work and genuinely cares about providing great service.

First time at this facility. And I absolutely loved the customer service that "I" experienced. I was contacted about 30 minutes after placing my reservation by the sweetest young lady. And soon after that call. A young man by the name of Dominic called me just to make sure that I had everything I needed before I got there and that I would be well taken care of upon arrival. He was simply the nicest and most down to earth, understanding my situation person ever. Awesome Customer Service from everyone.
