I helped my family members move into their units today. They chose this facility because of the reviews, the cleanliness and the prices, though it was a 30 mile drive from their home. Jordan was knowledgeable, helpful and friendly to deal with, as she has been since we moved into our units a few years ago. Highly recommend. I forgot to mention that upon moving their items into storage, my family and their movers determined that they did not need as large a space as they had reserved. Jordan helped them get into a much smaller space, all changes made the same day and very efficiently.

Continue to increase rates surpassing what the current asking rate that is on their website. Not to mention, at this location they need to only give a 30 day notice by law that they will increase your rate, but in the contract you need to give them a 30 day notice to vacate. Laws need to be regulated with these facilities because they take advantage of the lack of laws.

Great customer service!! Took the time to show me different sizes of units to make sure I would have enough space for my things which was greatly appreciated! It was an easy, thorough process!!

My experience with View Pointe went far beyond my expectations. Jen went above and beyond to make the experience a great one. She was extremely helpful,caring and smiley! So nice to work with people who do a good job!
