He began thanking me for my long term business and helped me change my payment day (anniversary day)and even reached out to help me reduce my monthly payments. Im extremely grateful for his excellent customer service. Once again thank you javier for your great customer service.

Excellent help from Store Manager Javier Gonzalez. Very transparent on the details of the units including possible rate adjustments in the future. Got shown the unit itself before making the final decision on purchasing. Look forward to keeping my items safe here for a while.

Wonderful new management of the location. The old owners hardly answered the phone and they weren't even working on the site two days out of the week. Story was that they were remotely working. I believe employee that was working behind the counter was actually living there (?) Yet, still only operated 3 days out of the week. With these new owners and management, they always seem to be on the property site; my rent has come down; and they are improving the conditions of the property. Just the other day they laid out tar to improve the parking lot grounds.
