Extra Space Storage - 6534 - Edmond - S Portland Ave

I signed a month to month lease for $49 per month for a tiny 10’ x 10’ storage unit. Everything was fine for 3 months until I received a letter that my monthly rate was doubling to $87 per month, starting in September. I only paid that outrageous fee for one month before moving out a few days ago. Bad business!!!!! I pay $50 per month for a 10’ x 16’ storage unit with another company and my rate hasn’t changed in 3 years.

The space was everything they promised & the locks were just as they said. The manager, Stephen, welcomed me as I drove in the the first time & explained the times & codes needed. 20 to 30 minutes later, as I was unloading, he brought a couple of bottles of water - very kind on a very hot day. I’m sure you can find nice storage yards & space but the people & location is very important- this place is very nice! Thanks for the wonderful service.

Stephen is the one I spoke with. I'm out of the Dallas, TX area and was in need of a storage unit when I found this place. The level of customer service was top notch, and with this being my very first time using Extra Storage... I absolutely would recommend this location if anyone is looking for a storage facility in the Oklahoma area.

Absolutely 💯 Right off the Road extremely easy to find. The service was absolutely phenomenal. My husband was worried about the lighting at night we came to move some things in as it was getting dark and it was perfectly light all around the facility. Felt absolutely safe and comfortable with my belongings in this storage facility. And I have to mention it was very clean easy to get in easy to get out. Absolutely recommend this storage space. Thank you Stephen for all your attention to detail.

Steven greeted us at the door with a smile and helped us get our unit quickly and easily. Interacting with happy people makes the process very nice.
