Wow! Outstanding Service from the staff here!! This is a super clean and such a well run storage facility. I am at a loss for words to express the gratitude that I have for the manager Jack here at this facility along with the other staff here as well! They truly go above and beyond to look after you, such a refreshing experience that I did not expect from a Storage Facility. I would sincerely recommend this storage facility to the absolute max.. truly a 10/10 experience here, thank you again!

Eddie provided amazing customer service at Extra Space Storage! He was friendly, professional, and very helpful throughout the whole process. I’ve had an excellent experience with Extra Self Storage! The facility is always clean, secure, and easy to access. What really makes the difference, though, is Jack — he’s incredibly helpful, friendly, and goes above and beyond to make sure everything runs smoothly. He took the time to answer all my questions and made the whole process stress-free. It’s rare to find such great customer service these days. Highly recommend this place — and if you can, ask for Jack!

This place is a lawsuit waiting to happen. They use bait-and-switch tactics to raise prices on customers without warning. For me, they advertised a unit as $115, rented it out at $150, then 6 months later tried to raise the rates to $230 without warning. I know someone who's rate went from $253 to $335 to $417 to $489 over the span of one year. I know someone else who started at $125 and is now paying $375. Another person started at $49, experienced 3 increases over 9 months, and is now paying $164. These bait-and-switch tactics are ILLEGAL. Someone ought to file a Consumer Complaint through the Texas Office of the Attorney General, and file a report to the Better Business Bureau. Extra Space Storage is supposed to give customers 30-days notice of planned rate increases, but they consistently fail to, and since EVERYBODY I KNOW at Extra Space is seeing these massive rate increases, it tells me they are using these predatory business practices intentionally. Save yourself the headache and go somewhere else. If you go with a franchise, do your research to make sure they don't do what Extra Space Storage does, which is rip people off as standard practice.

This place is EXCELLENT. Very safe, secure, clean, and it has great management. I wish I'd known about Extra Space Storage prior to renting storage elsewhere (not far down the road). I'm probably going to move my larger storage contents to this place as well because it's SO much better than nearby facilities.
