After having a nightmare experience at another facility(storage 365), Nikki made our transition to this facility(public storage)seamless. Signing up was quick and easy, insurance rates were fair, and I feel much better about my belongings being stored here. Shout out to Nikki for being personable, honest, and understanding of our situation. 10/10 I would recommend this facility for anyone looking for a unit.

This is, by far, the best storage facility that I’ve ever used. It clean and well lit. Nikki, the property manager, is a true jewel. She always responds to my requests very quickly. This week she helped me when I really needed to get a very important thing completed. 👍🏽

Heather the property manager goes above and beyond. She was so helpful to my storage questions and when I moved out I forgot to remove my key and she was very nice about it and also waited on me to get to the location to give her the key in order to help prevent a charge for another month. Your things will be secure at this location and great customer service.
