A few years ago I had space here. Different owner. I’m back and the layout is improved for backing in large trailers. Nice. Had to interact with the customer service. CJ was great to deal with and very helpful. I think the price is even lower now. Very happy so far.

My securing a unit has been a very easy and helpful experience. Both customer service and the unit manager were knowledgeable and respectful. A pleasant and easy experience.

My husband is active duty military so we don’t access our unit often. My husband didn’t have the correct code and CJ verified his information and helped him gain access. CJ was a pleasure to work with - kind, helpful, and professional.

CJ was very helpful, he answered all my questions I had as well as helped with getting me set up for a parking spot for my work van!

Be Warned: Bait-and-Switch Pricing Tactics I signed up for a 10x15 storage unit about 18 months ago to store furniture for our kids after school. At the time, the rate was under $100/month. Since then, the price has increased every few months—ultimately reaching just under $300/month. When I called to ask about getting the current advertised rate applied to my unit, they said it was only available at a different facility, and I’d have to move my belongings to get that price. Completely unreasonable. They told me the price is based on the “current going rate” in the market, which basically means: they'll charge whatever they think people will pay. It’s clear this is a national company, not locally owned, and they don’t care about long-term renters or loyalty—only profits. If you only need storage for a couple of months, this might work for you. But if you’re planning anything longer term: RUN. They’ll reel you in with a low intro rate and then slowly crank up the cost until you can’t justify staying. Now that I post this review...as I told them I would...they act like a simple phone call and "we can work things out" is in the cards. At this point, I would rather see this business sold back to a local person and get the national ownership out. Clearly, they will not react unless you take it to extreme measures. The "owner" is more than likely an AI bot replying to all reviews with the "best words possible". Good Bye!
