Great customer service. Called to be showed around the property. Property manager went into great detail on how to open the storage unit and how to proper put the lock in the hasp. Really feel secured at this location

Josh the property had done great job selecting the appropriate space size for me. You can tell that he really loves making sure the customer is taken care of. The property is very well maintained.

They set up a rental agreement and you agree upon the monthly rate, but then they say based on availability and prices they can go up at any time so now my storage unit after three months has doubled. They know what they’re doing cause once they get all your stuff in a storage unit and raise your price. The likelihood of you going through the hassle of moving it all out and finding another storage unit is very low shady practices I would avoid this place at all cost. Their initial rate might seem low, but give it three months and they’ll double it. I know other places $20-$30 more seems like a lot, but I’m sure they’ll actually stick with that price every month instead of raising it. Not to mention. Some days the gates won’t even open so you can’t even access your stuff so anybody who might need immediate access avoid this place at all cost

Josh, the manager at this location was very helpful. He returned my call quickly and made sure I got the best unit for my storage needs. The facility is newer, clean, well-lit, quiet, and in a great location. Excellent customer service — highly recommend!
