The girls in the office are sweet hearts! They are extremely helpful and willing to answer any questions. Lisa went out of her way to help and made me feel like family. She knew my name every time I went in to pay.

I want to tell you all about Tiffany great person she is like family when you meet her. She will help you in anyway she can. Please don't leave her fuzzy friend out. The beautiful little 🐕. The storage is a great place kept up very well bye Tiffany. Thank you Tiffany for all you do.

I rented a unit yesterday for my daughter to store furniture and other items until school begins at USM. I reserved the unit through square foot which I didn't realize was not directly with the storage unit facility. Square foot had the information listed wrong regarding the unit. I reserved the unit then called the facility to make payment. I spoke with the Site Manager Kenya McDonald who was so helpful. She explained everything thoroughly and went out of her way to help resolve the my situation. She was so nice about everything and reassured me that she would do whatever she could to help me get the unit I wanted at the price Square foot listed which was wrong. She called square foot and went to bat for me. She was so pleasant to deal with, very friendly and understanding!!!! Customer service goes a long way with me and I am so impressed with Kenya and how she resolved my issue. She even walked me through all the necessary paperwork needed to be completed. Thank you Kenya for your patience and kindness!!! I will be using this facility for all my future storage needs without a question!!!!!! I highly recommend this facility to anyone looking for a storage unit!

I really enjoyed my experience here. The young lady that works there...I think her is Kenya was very helpful and friendly. I love the customer service she provides. I definitely will be returning if I move back.

I called in advance to make sure there was a climate controlled storage unit available and spoke to Kenya. At the time we were in Wiggins and I told her we would be in to look at the unit. We arrived a little while later and she showed us the unit and we decided to take the unit. While doing the paperwork we had a chance to chat about ourselves. I was so impressed by her professionalism and her work ethic. She and I also had something in common as we both decided to go back to college later in life. I think she is an asset to your company. I hope your company realizes it also. My only negative which has nothing to do with her is the garbage on the side of the road when you come down the road. The property itself is immaculate.
