If I could give Zero stars I would. Absolutely disgraceful. This place lured us in at $120/month — which, in hindsight, should have been a red flag considering how run-down it was, with potholes everywhere and clear signs of neglect. But we prioritized price at the time. Big mistake. Within three months, they jacked the price up to $202/month. By the end of the year? $276. For what, exactly? A vermin-infested, bug-ridden storage unit that destroyed our belongings. We discovered mouse feces and urine in multiple boxes, a full-on mouse den in our couch, and bugs everywhere. To top it off, we lost one of our best cast iron pans due to the complete lack of weatherproofing. The unit might as well have been open to the elements. This place is a scam wrapped in squalor. I wouldn’t recommend it to my worst enemy. I will never — under any circumstance — do business with them again. Avoid it like the plague.
