Completely misleading
Facility staff enters your unit anytime they want. I was told no gasoline but 2 women wanted to store their motorcycles for the winter with gasoline in them and the staff had no problems with that. They had bugs. I was new there so they thought that I brought them. I had no bugs in unit nor didn't get an apology. Staff never answered phone or textes I sent. I wouldn't send a dieing dog to that Facility ever again.

Our policy is to only access units when necessary (e.g., for inspections, maintenance, or emergencies), and we apologize if you felt that this was not properly communicated. We will review our procedures to ensure all tenants are informed and feel secure. As for the gasoline issue, we do have strict guidelines in place to ensure safety. We are aware that motorcycles, by nature, may still have some gasoline left in the tank, and we make efforts to monitor this closely. However, we understand your concerns and will review the storage requirements for vehicles to ensure consistency and adherence to safety standards. Regarding the bug issue, we do perform regular pest control treatments to maintain a clean facility. We apologize for the confusion regarding the source of the pests and for any misunderstanding that led to you being mistakenly identified. We will ensure better communication in the future to prevent any confusion. Lastly, we are truly sorry for the lack of response to your phone calls and texts. This is not the level of customer service we strive to provide, and we will address this internally to improve our communication with tenants.
