BRANDI… BRANDI.BRANDI… What an amazing experience. I stopped in on the day I needed to be moved out of my apartment, as I have an unforgiving schedule and it was Brandi to the rescue. I told her what I needed and the urgency of now and she not only made it happen, but did so at a great rate. It was also a positive to work with someone who was professional but filled with southern charm and humor. This is the first time my work schedule has had me in an impossible situation that didn’t cost me an arm and a leg to fix at the last minute. The tour of the facilities was top notch. I definitely wanted climate controlled facilities, but I was also impressed with the security measures the staff takes to make sure that my and everyone else’s belongings are safe and secure. The process was quick and easy, everything was fully disclosed and explained and the only pressure I felt was the pressure I put on myself in dealing with my move at the last minute. I also met another tenant who raved about Brandi and I understand why. As a sales manager, I tell my staff that people seldom remember what you do for them, but they definitely remember what you do to them and how you made them feel. Brandi went above and beyond to make me feel valued as a customer. I also tell my staff that the decision to purchase is made when value exceeds price. The value I received far outweighed the cost and I would highly recommend Mini Storage, Lesoecially “Brandi”, as the best choice for storing the things that are important to you.

Brandi is an ABSOLUTE Life saver. She is wonderful and so down to earth and just AWESOME! Everyone there that I've talked to is SO sweet! Clean place, easy to get to and affordable! They have PLENTY on units! (3 floors lol) come check them out!

The assistant manager Brandi was fantastic - very courteous and patient, and she walked me through all of the sizes and pricing options. The facility is super clean, the elevators are nice and big, and they have plenty of push carts available to help move big or heavy items.

Great location! Staff was great - showed me several sizes. Convenient Uhaul rental option and moving supplies. Everything I needed for my move in one place. Great addition to Providence.
