Randy was very helpful in helping me find a storage to fit my needs. My family has had a unit here for a few years and have had no issues with it. Their units are clean and maintained. I decided to get one for myself and he was able to get me in one close to my moms. Highly recommend!

Let me tell you about Randy. I have had my unit for about a year and anytime that I missed the payment. He graciously gave me a call to send me a reminder. He always kept me up-to-date on whatever my situation was with my unit and it got to the point where I could no longer pay for it, and I was going to lose my brand new washer and dryer. I was sick about it, but at the same time I couldn’t take it with me because where I currently live does not have a washer and dryer hook up, so I was looking for someone to give it to. It even got all the way down to where the unit was about to be up for auction and he still gave me more time to come and get it. I just wanna say it was absolutely the best customer service experience I have ever had and he even had a nice conversation with us on what we could do to put in bids on other units that go through the same thing. Randy is 100% awesome and he deserves every bit of this review.
