Devon Self Storage is great. They have a very helpful and kind staff. Princess was the absolute best! She helped me pick out the right unit, and even when I lost the key. She was there to help me get set up with a new one! 10/10 service, 10/10 Staff, and 10/10 over all. Talk to Princess, she got you!

Devon storage has the worst payment systems and management! When payments are missing on their end, they have no answers or accommodations for customers! I called the RD of this location and a phone call was never returned. Worst management in the world… or company??? I’m not sure yet because they don’t have ANY HIGHER UPS. You can only speak with who’s on the property, Which is the same person who is not helpful, rude and not accommodating. Imagine that. I definitely will be moving to another storage unit.
