Ashley was a joy to work with. First month free rent without signing a contract makes the deal a pleasure to accept. Place is clean; bright lights; ample parking space. Reduce one star because management didn’t provide enough carts for customers to use. I only see 2 idle carts.

Shay was fabulous!! This is our second unit to rent here and our experiences have always been top notch. Super easy and out and done in less than 20 minutes 🙌

I can say is actually the opposite. I came with my service dog to gather some information about the facility and I was not even able to walk inside because a lady came to the door and did not allow me to even walk inside. She said dogs were not allowed, I explained we just need some information and she said to get it online. I’m not sure if was really because my dog or because I’m Hispanic, I did not see any signs anywhere about pets allowed or not. Also is about 95 degrees today here in katy Texas, is extremely hot and there is not way I leave my pet in the car. Bad service and very rude experience not friendly at all.
