Extra Space Storage - 3377 - Kenner - Napoleon Ave

I made a call to inquire and it just went so well. Most of the agreement was conducted via email. Then when I arrived to the property, Amy was a breath of fresh air. She was extremely informative, very friendly and most importantly super supportive. I wasn’t used to managing an event so informally, and I was exhausted after moving all day. When I drove up to physically move in, I saw Amy chatting on the phone, thinking I had a few minutes to find my unit but I couldn’t. And when I found my way back to the office, Amy was gone and the office was closed. After searching for over an half hour for the unit number, I called the office and Ms Amy texted me back. Not only did she text me back, she came BACK ON PROPERTY to FIND ME and make sure that I found my unit!!! This touched my heart so deeply, because I moved (and was) ALL BY MYSELF! This -to me, was not only genuinely CARING, but the epitome of “going above and beyond” customer service. And I am SO relieved, confident and grateful having moved/ stored my precious personal belongings stored to this clean and well managed property for an undersigned about of time! Thank you Amy!

Amy is amazing and went out of her way to get us set up with a unit. I am from out of town and was a little nervous about securing the unit but Amy made it super easy and was very friendly and professional!

Amy was very pleasant and professional. I called when we entered the foyer and she came down promptly to greet us and thanked us for waiting. She was very detailed in explaining our options from the size units, pricing to insurance. She actually remembered me from many years ago. She’s very customer friendly, absolute pleasure! Great asset to Extra Space Storage.

Never fails, any and every time I have a question, concerns and all else in between, Amy who i believe to be the store manager, is always more than happy to go out of her way to help. The best part is that it doesn’t feel forced. It’s like that’s naturally who she is. It’s truly appreciated and needed especially in these days. Thanks Amy.
