Extra Space Storage - 8732 - Kennesaw - Jiles Rd

I cannot say enough great things about this Extra Space Storage location and, especially, property managers Tania and Rebecca. From start to finish, they were incredibly kind, courteous, and genuinely helpful. I was managing my brother’s affairs while he is living abroad as an expat, which could have been a complicated and stressful process. Tania and Rebecca went above and beyond to make everything smooth. They personally called me to ensure I was fully aware of his account status and took the time to walk me through every step, making sure nothing was overlooked. Their professionalism, empathy, and willingness to help truly stood out. It’s rare to encounter customer service that feels this thoughtful and proactive. I felt supported the entire time, and it made a big difference during what could have been a challenging situation. Highly recommend this facility—Tania and Rebecca are absolute assets, and this location sets the bar for excellent customer service.

I was looking for a new storage unit and decided to call the 800 number. I was pleasantly surprised by how friendly and helpful the person on the phone was—they really sold me on the unit I ended up choosing! When I visited the actual location, I was just as impressed. The facility is clean, bright, and well-kept, and the staff were just as welcoming and professional as the person on the phone. They were so kind and warm—it made the whole experience even better. Top notch customer service from beginning to end. I’m really glad I chose this place!
