Representative was AWESOME!
I called a number I found online to see if they could store our RV and the gentleman I spoke with was SO HELPFUL! He got my info, did a search to see the closest location to me and even looked for deals and promotions! It was by far the most pleasant experience Iﾃ｢竄ｬ邃｢ve had with representative over the phone! Super easy setup and we moved our camper in last night! 10 stars!!

Great facility
I needed a place to park a trailer for the weekend . A BIG trailer. 44' long.. Not only were they were able to accommodate me , but they did it at 11:30 at night with no problems, and saved me a ton of money not having to drive it further... I was able to make 1 call, and I got a really nice guy who was very helpful. He searched all the facility's in the area for me, and found the place w the best rate and accommodations that I was looking for.. I didnt get there until like 2am on a Sat night and had no problem getting the trailer dropped and on my way... the only issue i had, was the online form was lengthy and took way to long to do on a cell phone, and from what it seemed, the front gate never actually closed. But the facility had a lot of cameras and felt safe regardless. When I returned on Monday morning to get my trailer, nothing had been touched and all was well.. And 1 more good thing, was they prorated my move in, which was a huge help since I was only gonna be using the place for a few days! All in all, it was a great place and if im in that area again, I would be sure to call and use them again!

Good but was surprised that there isnﾃ｢竄ｬ邃｢t anyone there
Everything looks good, but I wasnﾃ｢竄ｬ邃｢t told that I had to move in online and no one would be there so it was a hassle to get in. Also the unit had some trash in it, not much but it could have atleast been swept before you let a new tenant move in.

This is the first time we are hearing of the issues with your unit and would like the chance to discuss more so we may be able to make it right. Upon turning each unit for the next tenant our standard is to completely clean and sanitize the units prior to being made rent ready. We will also lock the unit with a DaVinci lock which is complimentary on move-in. Nonetheless, it seems there may have been missed opportunities which we can remedy if needed.
