Love love Denarah I’ve had a great experience with Denarah @ Devon Self Storage. The facility is clean, secure, and easy to access, and the staff has been friendly and helpful every step of the way. The check-in process was quick, and they took the time to explain everything clearly. I also appreciate the well-lit hallways and the convenient gate hours. Overall, storing here has been stress-free and reliable—highly recommended!

I had a great experience working with Denarah when I was looking to purchase a storage unit. She was incredibly helpful, knowledgeable, and patient throughout the entire process. Denarah answered all of my questions, guided me through my options, and made sure I felt confident in my decision. Had a storage unit there for over 2 years. Never had an issue with my items in the facility. Clean property. In the beginning of February I ask the manager about the move out process. I moved out right after. Never had my card on auto pay. EVER ! March 3 my account has an unauthorized withdrawal from them. Called the office 11 times no answer. Called the other location spoke to a stand in manager named Brennon or Brandon. Calls recorded. There were never any notes or indications I had auto pay turned on. He said auto pay was turned on the day after I moved out. Of course the manager did it. (The black female name starts with a D). My bank reversed the charges. The next day I called to speak with her and she claims she don’t know how that happened. And the call ended . Her words were “well you got a refund”. My only advice is be mindful and watch your bank activity.

Ms. Denarah was so absolutely pleasant to work with! She was so welcoming and easy to talk to. She made it her mission to make sure I was satisfied and left with what I needed to be comfortable!
