  User friendly

  I really like how the storage area frees up space in my apartment. The storage space is pretty good sized but filled up fast once I got my belongings in there.

  Great customer service

  Nice people in the office. Easily found my reservation. Did a walk through to make sure the size I wanted would work. Explained in detail everything I was signing.
