Been renting for 6 months now and management is not caring for the property as they should. Called and spoke with Jude and he didn't seem to care about the snow. See photos 1. Entrance gate has been non operational for months. This is a security concern. 2. Snow has not been addressed. Renters are getting vehicles stuck and some are walking to their units.

Gate has been broken for months anyone can walk in or out at anytime. I would have changed storage units if it wasn’t such a hassle. My storage unit was also filthy as soon as I got it. Wouldn’t recommend for how expensive they are.

We have been renting here since 2021. Convenient location. Sad when they took away outdoor storage for our camper but now renting one of their large new units! Super tall and can store even more than I expected! Great service, easy to rent, easy to cancel and move out of units, like the security, and options.

Update: to below. My power has been fixed. I still like the concept of these units but there are risk. If there is no power then there is no access. I updated my review to 4 stars due to the final person I talked to was very nice and helpful and informed me once my issue was resolved. Original review: I called in last weekend for my unit not have power to it (along with 19 other units) when I needed access to it. I went back this weekend to get what I needed and still nothing has been done. I have zero access to my unit and this weekend no one is answering the phone. I just paid another months payment for something I can’t even access. I get it things happen but for nothing to be done after a week and I still can’t access it with no call backs or explanation is ridiculous. To all thinking of getting these units, it is a great idea and I like it but also consider if there is no power than you have absolutely nothing access to your items and are in limbo until they fix the issue. There is also no one on site to assist.
