Extra Space Storage - 3659 - Leander - Crystal Falls Pkwy

Was looking for a storage space in the area and when I found this one it was by far the best experience I’ve ever had with a storage company. Elvira was amazing! She made the process easy and comfortable. Thankful for her assistance. Definitely would recommend this place for anyone looking for a storage space.

I would recommend to anyone looking for a great customer service person for their business, to go and see if you can hire the lady that works at this place. She was incredibly professional, kind, and went out of her way multiple times to help a friend and I out of a difficult situation. That being said, as far as the rest of the business goes, I have nothing I would complain about. Not being familiar with the price structure of storage space, I can't offer anything there, but the place was clean, with wide drives between units, and the entire lot fenced with my cameras aplent to, for the security door. Opens early at 6 and the keyed gates won't open for you after 10 pm. Safe and easy in and out with parking close to the entrance. All different commonly sized units appeared on the drive through with climate controlled spaces available inside. All in all, quite satisfactory, accept for the lady in the office managing the place. She was one in a million, incredibly calm, cool, and helpful as a pocket on a shirt.

Management at this Crystal Falls office has gone out of their way to help their customers. 👏👏👏They even helped my dad that only speaks Italian with buying some boxes and he was so thankful that someone mature and educated was willing to assist. Very refreshing after a few encounters at other locations with some petty associates. Thank you Extra Space!

Went in to discuss a larger unit and was said that I can get a larger unit for cheaper. Sales staff were amazing and very informative. Also helped with the app and setting up.
