Easy to get a uhaul van here. Staff was very friendly, and super easy to work with

UHAUL corporate put me in a pickle last night, but the young lady that stayed after at Lehi Indoor Storage to help me ( I forget her name) was AMAZING!!! She problem solved, showed empathy and willingly stayed after her shift ended at the close of the day to ensure we were hooked up and ready to go with our tow dolly. Her level of customer service is a true rarity these days. If the owners of this company are smart, they will give this employee a huge raise and regularly promote her and... bring her lunch everyday ;) Thanks again for saving my bacon last night! (will update this review with her name once I find it out).

This is a review I must write with great joy and from the bottom of my heart. The attention, professionalism, kindness, and other adjectives that can be added to the excellent care and service provided by Lehi Storage are insufficient to compare with how much I truly appreciate, Specially to Julie & Made. Even my belongings were in excellent condition, and they were able to help me get everything to Texas without any difficulty. I felt like I was being treated like I was at home. They made me feel important. As I told them, I will love them forever and miss them forever. Thank you so much.

The girl who helped us was super friendly. We were stuck in traffic and she waited for us because it was almost closing time. She was super helpful and answered all our questions. Thank you for making our day lighter ❤️ I don't remember the girl's name, but this happened on April 23rd . Tks
