Natalie did a fabulous job. She was very clear concerning all of the important issues when renting a storage unit which we have never done. This was great because it eliminates any unneeded surprises. She was friendly, professional, and has great communication skills. I would definitely recommend this facility. It was very very clean & possessed good security.

I had a wonderful experience at CubeSmart in Lenexa. Regina was extremely kind and helpful, she even went out of her way to measure the doors for me and personally walked me around to show all of my storage options. She made the whole process easy and stress-free, which I really appreciated since I’m in the middle of a big move. The facility itself is very nice. I especially like the wide double doors that make moving things in and out simple. Prices and specials are very competitive, and the overall experience has been great. Highly recommend this location, and a special thank you to Regina for making the process smooth and comfortable!

Absolutely 💯 great customer service with a touch of humor. This is a steal. I am hesitant to share bc i want to keep tje goods for myself. However, it's business. Speaking of which, I called multiple storage places and everything was either too expensive always without exception. Also too far away. Its dirt cheap but, brand spanking new! Go check for yourself.
