The agent I spoke with was patient and made sure i got what I was looking for.

This process is fairly easy

This process is fairly easy. We did get a locker but it was not the one we reserved. I got confirmation for a 10x30 but when it came to contacting the agent, there weren't any available. Very disappointed. We ended up getting 2 lockers which is what we tried to avoid.
