⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ I had an excellent experience with National Storage from start to finish. The facility is clean, secure, and very well maintained, which immediately gave me peace of mind. The staff was professional, friendly, and genuinely helpful—they made the entire process easy and stress-free. Access was convenient, the units were exactly as described, and everything felt safe and organized. It’s clear they take pride in their operation and in taking care of their customers. I’m a very satisfied customer and will absolutely return to National Storage in the future. Highly recommended!

We were very pleased with the unit rented withe National Storage. The units price was reasonable. The staff was very nice, professional and courteous whenever we needed to contact them.

I've maintained two storage units for my businesses at national storage for over 7 years and I've seen several ownership changes and multiple rate increases in the past 7 years to the point that I just had to clear one storage unit out because I could no longer afford to pay for both units..other than the frequent price increases the facility is always clean but unfortunately the rate increases are very frequent and very substantial so I'll be clearing out my other storage unit there as well and moving all my items to a cheaper storage facility very soon

**UPDATE** Since leaving this review, I have been in contact with the regional manager. We have worked together to find a reasonable solution that works for both of us. I am updating my two stars to five because of this. I absolutely hate being the person who comes online to publicly air issues, but unfortunately it seems this is the only avenue I have left. I rented a 5x10 unit, and upon moving items into the unit discovered the insulation above was a balloon of water, that shortly after started leaking. I went to the office to notify Stephen. He tried to get ahold of the regional manager, but was unsuccessful so he allowed me to move my times to a 10x20, which was the only unit available. Thankfully I had help moving that day, and had a truck available to me, so we were able to move my items. Days later I hear from from Stephen. He was SO kind and accommodating. He offered a 10x10 unit, which sounds like a compromise, except I no longer have the moving help or truck available. The regional manager said they would absolutely not budge on price for the unit I had to move my items to. I asked if I could speak to her directly, but was never given her number or an email I could contact her with. At this point- they are expecting me to either pay full price, move my items for a THIRD time, and will not be hiring moving help or a truck for me to move my items with. I can not afford to take additional time off work to accommodate them for a storage unit that was not up to par when I moved into it. The unit I originally rented was 117, I was also able to see 111 had significant water hanging within the insulation also. I am curious to know what solutions they offered the units between, 113 &115. Do the renters of those units know their items could be ruined? Did they offer them to move into a different unit? If there are numerous customers being effected, how has a more appropriate solution not been presented? According to their mission statement they adhere to "the ability to work with our valued customers," yet I did not experience this. Instead of 1 star, I am giving 2, because Stephen has been kind, and understanding. Also, the facility is very clean!

National Storage was quick to answer communications, accommodating, clean and a pleasure to work with. I felt that my storage was secure. Highly recommend.
