So far I've only filled out the rental form, and haven't made a site visit as of yet. However, i received a link asking for a review, and i can say the form was exceptionally easy to fill out and very straightforward, being that my wife did it all. The approval came back in no time, and we're planning on moving things in starting this weekend!!

Had forgotten to pay storage space rental on the first, which is my usual habit. Called the previous owners and they let me know they know longer owned the facility but gave me the number of new owners. The person I spoke w was extremely kind and helpful as had been previous owners. She took care of payments on my two spaces and asked if I might like to set up an auto pay which I did. Think I've had the rentals for a couple of years now. Very convenient and very easy to deal with.
