The gate doesn't work, cameras don't work, ALL UNITS HAVE BEEN BROKEN INTO LATCHES & LOCKS HAVE BEEN CUT OFF OR DOORS RAMMED INTO, they will not return your call, there's not even a way to find out who owns the place, the call center isn't local & they don't know either. EDIT: I have filed a police report! I contacted Brad's since May to replace my cut off latches & yesterday they said there was no record of me calling!! This entire building has been broken into, either outside the unit doors or going in cutting through the walls. There has never been any clean up crew or any attempt to fix anything. I can't get a callback an email a repair NOTHING also ANY of these positive reviews are FAKE! They show posted recently yet the response from owner is a year ago the person posting has only 1 review come on!! The lengths yall go to cover up bullspit but won't go those same lengths to run a trustworthy business!! White storage 3rd party crap!!!

In the year I've had a unit here it's been broken into multiple times. I've lost personal and household belongings of my late husband's & my late father-in-laws personal effects and paperwork. My unit and the two next to it the walls were ripped out of each of them. I had enough so I moved out this weekend. I called to cancel my account because I will no longer be using their services and the representative flat out refused to close it even after I told her to contact the new onsite manager who was there this weekend when I moved. As of now I have not received any confirmation that the account has been closed or heard from upper management. Customer service is useless and does not listen to customer requests. The property up until the past week did not have any cameras, on-site or in town management. See previous review pictures because my unit was behind the stack of trash and destroyed furniture.

I have been renting from this facility for several years. They have raised my rent four times in the last 18 months. The cameras at the facility do not work and neither does the front gate. There is absolutely no security there 😞

Stolen property - 8 attempts initiated (on record) dozen + in reality. ZERO assistance, ZERO accountability, not ONE call even returned, proof of completely false statements written in CRM (internal notes), have sent CM & will proceed with civil suit & possibly criminal

Well the service has been outstanding but I have had my freshly rented unit broken into already and all my tools were stolen along with my golf clubs. Or than that five stars.
