I immediately wanted to leave this review. I arrived early morning to my storage unit not knowing what to expect. I aid for this unit online. I met with Billy who was sooooooooooo awesome, helpful and welcoming. Moving is so stressful and to be greeted and welcomed just for whatever reason made me smile. Billy showed me exactly where my unit was and howi to use the lock. I have an indoor unit and it’s so clean and nice. Billy offered my movers water and showed us where the restrooms were located. She assisted my movers with carts which helped save me money on time. Billy thank you for your kindness and help going above and beyond in helping me I truly appreciate it.

Fantastic service and very smooth moving in process. It’s a very nice, clean facility and there’s easy access to restrooms and complimentary water bottles in the lobby. We moved our stuff here from Public Storage and are much happier so far. Billy, the property manager, was a pleasure to work with and a big reason why we decided to go with SecureSpace. She really looked out for us and worked with us when we needed to make changes to our reservations. 5 stars!!

Kai helped me rent. She is friendly, helpful and knowledgeable and made the process easy. The facility is new and Billie, at the facility, is just like Kai. Billie oriented me to the place and directed me to my unit. Security seems great with precautions I haven't seen in a storage place before. I feel safe here.

I’ve never had a storage unit in my life. After my divorce, I moved from a house to a tiny apartment, where I assumed I would be downsizing, donating, or trashing my now excess worldly possessions. Years later, I am still the guardian of my things that “spark joy”, so I found myself on SecureSpace Self Storage website. I called and spoke to Cody, who was very friendly and patient with me. He suggested a unit based on my needs and provided total costs, which included base price, special two month price, and one time fees that included keys. The same day I signed lease paperwork with Billie at the office. Billie was incredibly helpful and provided tips and tricks accessing my unit. The storage is clean, spacious, and incredibly secure. I cannot thank Cody and Billie enough for helping me with this process. It’s nice to have peace of mind while I continue curating a safe home and life.

Facility is easy to get to and well maintained by the staff. When I got there to sign my lease in person, the staff member on duty was very prompt, kind, and personable. She was also very thorough with the information she provided. I was very reassured that my belongings would be safe at this facility and that if I had any issues that the staff would be available and prompt with their assistance should I need it.
