Extra Space Storage - 7600 - Medford - Route 70

Very easy to rent here. Extra space is lucky to have an employee like Cheryl the manager. She is not only knowledgeable but also very friendly. She made the experience of my 1st rental extremely enjoyable.

Nice staff and clean facilities! Would recommend EDIT: After a few weeks without ever having gained gate access via the app, I decided to cancel my unit at this location. The next business day I was contacted by the staff to verify my move-out. During the conversation the employee asked if I had removed the lock, to which I was admittedly unsure. She very graciously offered to check for me, saying I’d receive a call back if I needed to take any further action to complete the move-out. I never received a call back, therefore I assumed everything was good to go. Two months passed before I noticed they were still charging me. So far I have been refunded for the second month, but I’m still awaiting a decision on the first month. I will update my review once a resolution is reached. Despite this experience, I still feel this is a nice location with clean units and helpful staff, but I wouldn’t necessarily recommend it due to the issues I’ve had.

We needed some extra storage temporarily and we have now used Extra Space Storage twice for that particular reason and they are great. They worked out the accommodations we needed and the timing we needed. Their customer service is great… always there to answer. We even by mistake left our lock on the space unsecured and they called us to tell us about that. They made the whole process extremely quick and easy to get started and also to move out. Would highly recommend.
