XIomara has great customer service abilities. Makes the place amazing. Never had any problems that couldn’t get solved by the staff . If I couldn’t would give 10 stars.

My boyfriend and I have been renting a unit for 3 years, we started going through our things (kids stuff that they’ve outgrew). We needed to downsize but were not sure how small we would need to go that would be comfortable for our things. We walked into the office with so much anxiety about speaking to someone; however, Xiomara was there at the desk to greet us with a beautiful bright smile and a positive light. She was concise and showed us to another unit that was comfortable physically and financially. I wouldn’t want to go anywhere else, this facility is clean and secure.

I didn’t like it the Meriden location st first as much as the southington location but they did try and resolve the dampness or the odor I’d smell when you first walk into the building. Since the weather has not been so hot and they cleaned the floors it seems to be much better. Dehumidifier are definitely needed. Other than that, I can’t complain. The office personal are helpful and understanding. I’ll give the girls 110 for a job well done.

We used the space for a little over a year and it was perfect. Very clean, easy to access, great customer service. Very highly recommended.
