Milo was very responsive with follow up and making sure I saw all options. He is very knowledgeable about his property and cubesmart policy. Glad I found this storage option. I feel I am in good hands!

Staff was pleasant and helpful. Unit was not what they told us online though. One unit is only 9.5x20. And one of 10x19.5. also the one unit was to have a wall taken out, but it was still there when we showed up. Process are good though so we did take the units.

I am updating my review due to what I estimate to be a 40%-50% price increase. My unit was something like $45-$50 a few months ago and now it is about $70. This is the second price increase in less than six months. It's totally unacceptable and it's wild that they can get away with it. It's not about the increase as much as it is the dishonesty and greed. This is a consequence of late stage capitalism. We have few options and the only "good" ones can do whatever they like to do to you with impunity. PREVIOUS REVIEW - - - Solid pricing and really professional process to get setup. I can't remember who I talked to, but it was a young woman at the front desk who helped me. She was fantastic. Five stars all around.

Just another greedy corporation. I've had a unit here for a few years and began renting when it was a locally owned small business. When Cubesmart initially purchased the business a couple of years ago now I believe, they raised the rent prices on all units. I just received a notice that they are raising the rent prices again. I know that the tariffs do not affect this business so there is no reason that I can think of other than pure greed. Gotta keep those profits rising every year so they stick it to their customers. I'm sure they will reply with "we need to raise rents to keep up with rising costs" or something but I don't buy it for a second. I will be emptying my unit within the next month so that I don't have to continue lining these corporate pockets. I know Cubesmart also bought the competing storage place around the corner so there may not be many choices around to rent from a local company but I would suggest trying to find one rather than being forced to pay these greedy corporate rents. They are owned by institutional investors and are traded on the NYSE.

This will be my first time renting one of these units, and so far pretty great experience can't beat first month free. Leia at the main office is awesome, super nice and gave a thorough run down. 10/10 remember to go to the office for the free month👍
