Angela was not only knowledgeable but also very proficient. She was able to answer all of my questions with detailed explanations of the security procedures as Im hesitant about storing my things elsewhere. As she answered my list of questions she was able to show us the facility and the different units they have to offer as my husband and I are in need of a unit here in a month or so as we transition to a new home. The facility itself was extremely clean. Based solely on Angela’s customer service thus far I would highly recommend to anyone looking for a storage facility.

Annie on 27th has the best customer service I've experienced. I'm not even a customer I just won one of their buildings online at an auction and she treated me like I'd been a customer of hers forever. She's very friendly, knows her stuff, and if I need to rent a storage in the future she most def. gained my business.

I would not recommend this storage facility. Sign says 24 hour service but no one answers the phone, returns your call when you leave a message or respond to email. My daughter cancelled her contract and paid her balance in full a month ago. Received a bill in the mail stating charges for late rent, and removal of the lock.. We took the lock with us. POOR Customer Service

Update 2: Unit #119 Raised rates March 20th 23, October 28th 23, and May 24. I was off a few months. Raised rates 3 times in 16 months or so. Still unacceptable. Was never this bad util it was bought from My Garage Self Storage. Update: They've gone up again on rent. 3 times in a year. They get you in there and then raise the prices repeatedly. Stay away. Go to Amy's Attic, Over priced and they keep going up on my rent for what it seams like every few months. Their Morgan’s Point location gate wasn’t working for a few months and it was always open. It’s fixed now. But took a while.

Great coustomer service wasn't treated like a coustomer but more like a friend. Thanks for being so kind Jamie makes doing buisnees easier.
