This place is a rip off. 1. They will send you an email and say you have 24 hours for proof of insurance or get charged their insurance. 2. The PIN number didn’t work and they said yes we have had problems with that. Use this one it’s what we have been giving everyone. We know it works. Anyone wants the PIN number let me know. 3. Several times coming out didn’t think we were going to get out. The sensor doesn’t hardly work to open the door. We had to get out and walk in front of the sensor several times. 4. The next month they charged me for the insurance after having removed after sending in the insurance to remove the extra bogus insurance the first month. This group went to a seminar on how to get the most money out of a unit unethically but probably not get sued. This place sucks to get in and out of and they never answer the phone. It is also a first class dump. Only reason I rented as it was closest to my house. GO SOMEWHERE ELSE!!
