This facility is nice and clean. There are several large carts that wheel into the cargo elevators making it so easy to get your heavy bulky items in and out. The hallways are wide and well lit. It’s climate controlled and smells good. My belongings have been stored all summer and each time I go back everything is just how I left it. Rarely see other unit renters there so it’s not super crowded. Every storage facility raises rates after a few months. My Introductory rate was a steal so after 5 months I wasn’t surprised that it went up. Not a big deal since I needed it for such a short time. I’ve not had any problem reaching someone on the number provided. I got stuck trying to enter and the care team got me in with no problem. I reached out to let them know I was planning to move my things out by a certain date they texted me the instructions for move out, which is done online. Easy to get in and out of the parking area. I would recommend and definitely use this place again if the opportunity presented itself.

Switching from a larger unit to a smaller one was incredibly easy. The staff was super helpful and made the whole process smooth and stress-free. Everything was handled quickly and professionally. Really appreciated how accommodating they were!

Even though the property is unmanned, everything is setup to make it super easy. Entered using the keypad, found my unit, and the lock was ready for me inside. A floorplan or room number signs like a hotel would have be nice, as I walked around the entire floor for 5 mins before I found my unit. No real numbering system was obvious, so you just have to wander around until you stumble on it. I also measured my 10'x20' unit. Nope. 9.5'x19'. Seems like false advertising. Either build them to the proper size, or tell us what the real size is. Makes people distrust the company.

So easy to move in and out. This is a self serve storage facility. If you need personal attention this is not the place for you. There is no one on site and everything is handled remotely. The facility is conveniently located for me and is clean. They have raised the prices 3 times in the past 9 months to more than double and I don't understand why since there is no staff. However they worked with me to reduce that price increase once and were able to quickly assist me with a transfer to a smaller unit to lower the monthly price.

Although, John was most helpful, I was unable to get back in contact with him. Each subsequent representative had different details regarding the rentals. I still am not quite sure I was given the correct information, but I am hoping all is well. I transferred to a smaller unit and am pleased thus far.
