Michael is Great
On line phone reservation was a horrible experience. We walked in and Michael had the best customer service ever. He explained how everything worked in a way that was understandable. He showed us the unit, locks, entrance/exits, etc. We've stopped in the office four more times while dropping items off and he's been extremely helpful. Michael is very personable.
